Refund policy

1. RISK
1. As soon as the goods are delivered to you and you have signed for them, you will be responsible for them.
2. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
3. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
4. You are made aware that some of our products are heavy and weigh up to 25Kg. By placing an order for any items, you are accepting responsibility for handling the items once they are delivered and signed for. You should ensure that you are physically capable of manually handling these items. If you are not confident of this, you should make arrangements to have suitable labour or mechanical assistance available.

2. RETURNS
1. If you have any problems with your order and wish to return it, you must return your goods as outlined in clause 10.
2. If you return an item because of an error on our part, we can, if required, arrange collection. We will pay for any delivery charges.
3. Please note that any goods returned, not due to being our fault will result in you being liable for the return delivery cost.
4. In addition to the above, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 explain your right to return goods.

3. TIME LIMITATION FOR NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
3.1. Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us by email or telephone (details on our ‘Payment & Contact Details’ page) within 7 days from delivery.
3.2. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us by email or telephone via our contact us page within 7 days from delivery.
3.3. In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods within 7 days from delivery by email via our contact us page.
3.4. Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date by email or telephone
