Delivery Information




  1. On receipt of order one of our team will be in touch either by phone or email within 2 working days to arrange a convenient day for delivery.
  2. Firewood deliveries - the delivery is kerbside, should you require delivery beyond the kerbside onto private property we are happy to do so but any property damage is at the property owners risk.
  3. Coal Deliveries – Our staff will stack the bags in and around the customers property within reasonable distances and ground conditions.
  4. The following postcode areas are considered "Local" for pricing and minimum quantities: SA1, SA2, SA4, SA5, SA6, SA7, SA8, SA10, SA11, SA12.
  5. The following postcode areas are considered "Mid Distance" for pricing and minimum quantities: SA3, SA9, SA13, SA14, SA15, SA18.

  1. Prices include delivery to most postcodes in Wales & England. Some postcodes in England & Wales, all offshore destinations, Central London & Scottish Postcodes will be subject to a delivery surcharge which will be confirmed on checkout.
  2. All deliveries will be ‘Economy’ as standard which is 2-3 working days from despatch (Excludes weekends)
  3. All Lorries carry a pallet truck for un-loading. Please remember that when they are carrying a pallet they will ONLY work on smooth and fairly level ground – concrete or tarmac are best.
  4. Carrier will ring you to book in a delivery.
  5. Pallet delivery is kerbside, should you require delivery beyond the kerbside onto private property this will need to be agreed with our carrier during the book in process.
  6. In the event of a customer agreeing to a delivery and then not being at home during the agreed time period, a redelivery charge of £15 per pallet may be made.
  7. Delivery drivers are not expected to manoeuvre the pallet beyond the rear of the vehicle but will always be as helpful as possible.
  8. All goods must be checked on arrival and delivery paperwork signed unless prior agreement has been made with the delivery company to leave the goods at the property at which point these will be left at the customer’s risk.
  9. Any delivery issues must be reported immediately to Supaheat Fuels.
  10. In the event of any dispute resulting in the goods being returned to Supaheat Fuels, payment will be refunded to the customer less all charges.
  11. Lead times may extend during busy periods or extreme weather - we will inform you of any delays ASAP.
