TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Supaheat Fuels web site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

1. GENERAL
All orders that you place on this Web Site will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms.

1.1. These Terms may be amended at any time by Supaheat Fuels. They may also be extended to include other conditions applicable to specific goods or services offered by Supaheat Fuels from time to time.
1.2. It is your responsibility to read the Terms every time you place an order.
1.3. Supaheat Fuels reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to remove, amend or vary the content, which appears on any page of the Web Site.
1.4. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
1.5. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK.
1.6. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

2. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
2.1. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

3. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1. All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by Supaheat Fuels, suppliers, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Supaheat Fuels is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible.
3.2. Supaheat Fuels cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages.
3.3. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

4. PAYMENT AND PRICE
4.1. The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed.
4.2. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and offer a full refund.
4.3. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and of delivery charges. Certain delivery surcharges may apply and you are informed of this on the relevant page.

5. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
5.1. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason,we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
5.2. In the case of a change of price, we will contact you first to give you the option of purchasing at the alternative price.

6. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
6.1. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
6.2. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

8. RISK
8.1. As soon as the goods are delivered to you and you have signed for them, you will be responsible for them.
8.2. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
8.3. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
8.4. You are made aware that some of our products are heavy and weigh up to 25Kg. By placing an order for any items, you are accepting responsibility for handling the items once they are delivered and signed for. You should ensure that you are physically capable of manually handling these items. If you are not confident of this, you should make arrangements to have suitable labour or mechanical assistance available.

9. RETURNS
9.1. If you have any problems with your order and wish to return it, you must return your goods as outlined in clause 10.
9.2. If you return an item because of an error on our part, we can, if required, arrange collection. We will pay for any delivery charges.
9.3. Please note that any goods returned, not due to being our fault will result in you being liable for the return delivery cost.
9.4. In addition to the above, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 explain your right to return goods.

10. TIME LIMITATION FOR NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
10.1. Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us by email or telephone (details on our ‘Payment & Contact Details’ page) within 7 days from delivery.
10.2. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us by email or telephone via our contact us page within 7 days from delivery.
10.3. In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods within 7 days from delivery by email via our contact us page.
10.4. Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date by email or telephone

11. SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Supaheat Fuels makes a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you as follows -
11.1. If you have ever purchased from us we will have your email address, phone number and postal address.
11.2. We also hold information on previous orders, this helps us track your delivers and review products purchased.
11.3. Our site uses ‘cookies’. Cookies are small amounts of data sent to your web browser by a web server. They can not harm your machine in any way. You can see them in your Temporary Internet Files folder.
11.4. Your email address is used for logging into your account and for contact between yourself and Supaheat Fuels (new order emails, order status updates, newsletters) we will NEVER pass your email details onto a 3rd party company and any information given will only be used by ourselves.
11.5. Some of your information may be passed on to our courier delivery companies or our pallet delivery service (typically name, address and telephone number.)
11.6. Security is a top priority and we guarantee to keep any details you supply us confidential.
11.7. All credit card transactions are handled by our PSP (Payment Service Provider) sage pay. They have industry standard security and are fully PCI DSS compliant.
11.8. Supaheat Fuels do NOT Process, Transmit or Store any credit card data.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
PCI DSS is a set of guidelines that ensure that businesses are not putting their customers' card details or their own business at risk. Sage Pay is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant. The servers which we use are protected by several hardware firewalls and our payment pages are protected by a 128bit secure server.
